这次招聘的职位属于我们的Enterprise Solutions团队，我自己是Enterprise Solutions全球领导团队成员和亚太区负责人，我们这个团队主要负责ERP、CRM、PLM、HR以及诸如银行、保险、零售、物流、制造等企业级核心业务系统的策略规划、架构设计和实施项目管理。

具体到这个职位，主要专注点是“下一代ERP”的课题，作为招聘老板，我特别强调下：

• 对这个职位，我不是招只做配置系统的模块顾问或者纯管理性质的项目经理，而是ERP及企业级系统解决方案架构师性质的咨询顾问；从未来工作范围上来说，要是以技术专业为核心能力的多面手——能画得了片儿，能设计得了架构，能做业务流程，还能带领得了团队和供应商。

• 这个职位是初级到中级的职位，适合在顶级国际IT咨询公司做实施顾问或者大型企业做ERP内部顾问，有3～7年工作经验的朋友们来应聘，由于我们global项目比较多，所以对英文水平有较高要求。

Practice Area – Enterprise Solutions of Architecture & Platforms

The Architecture and Platforms practice of BCG Platinion lays the foundation for technology driven companies through end-to-end and modular transformations. Our teams design value-driven, modern architecture platforms and solutions, delivered against mission critical objectives. We navigate technical considerations to integrate platforms and architecture that are fit-for-purpose, developing, deploying and managing modernization at scale. From IT application landscape maturity assessments to cloud transformation journeys to next generation ERP, our architects, engineers, and solutions experts ensure sustainable transformations based on a digitized core.

There are 2 capabilities in Architecture and Platform practice, one is Enterprise Solutions, which covers large enterprises’ core IT systems including ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business systems, such as core banking, core insurance, WMS and core merchandising in retailing, and manufacturing execution system. The other is Architecture, which helps company to transform its technology landscape into modernized, cloud native architecture.

What You'll Do

You have to bring implementation expertise in core systems and major vendor solutions across functional domains – specifically ERP, CRM and Digital HR.  You are expected both passionate as a consultant and technologist, and can bring your application expertise to help develop customized, innovative client solutions.

We set our standards of being BCG Platinion Enterprise Solutions consultants: 

• Collaborative. They are interdisciplinary team players who seek alignment and establish relationships ranging from cross-functional stakeholder groups to existing teams.

• Agile advocates. They are well-versed in Agile methodologies and use their expertise to strategically tackle difficult challenges and implement change.

• Technical experts. They are critical thinkers and have extensive IT expertise that drives novel solutions routed in complexity.

• Change agents. They know how to make change happen across an organization. They can align and onboard teams to implement new processes and toolsets. They embrace complex challenges and guide an organization to optimize IT best practices.

With above characteristics, I hope you can demonstrate talent in project work including:

• Managing large-scale ERP or other enterprise solution projects

• Restructuring business and IT processes and organization within an ERP construct

• Supporting IT functions during mergers and acquisitions, including the functional and technical transformation of an organization’s IT department

• Evaluating an organization’s  IT and ERP architecture

• Developing road maps and current state assessments

• Designing and implementing feasibility studies for ERP strategy

• Defining global and local deployment strategy

• Developing infrastructure approach and high-level design of ERP solutions (cloud, on-prem, hybrid)

• Considering data and integration related to ERP platforms

• Optimizing depth of value added in ERP

• Recommending ERP software and ERP platforms

Required experience and qualifications

• Bachelors or Master degree in STEM subjects, information technology, business management, or relevant field from a prestigious university

• 3～7 years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, IT project management with a focus on one or more of the following:

• SAP is most preferrable

• Oracle Applications

• Salesforce/Workday

• Experience in business process design and configuration

• Previous experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations in a waterfall or agile setting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

• Experience with the management of decision processes at large organizations

• Strong customer and results orientation

• Confidence and persuasiveness

• Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects

• Fluent in English
